During COVID I made this animation for Fr. Laurence Freeman OSB (Benedictine monk) who leads the World Community of Christian Meditation. A mantra based technique of meditation. It was so enjoyable to make and to get to know Fr. Freeman and get his invaluable input (via Zoom from his center in Bonnevaux, France). The idea was to take the mystery out of what we call meditation, a simple practice to find your inner peaceful self.
